Show Cooking at the Mar com Vida Fair

LOCAL – FOOD CULTURE® organized a show cooking event with Chef Cláudio Pontes on November 5, the last day of the Mar com Vida (Sea Teeming with Life) Fair, a festival organized by the Ribeira Grande Municipality to promote local seasonal products with low commercial value by highlighting their cultural, economic, and nutritional value. During the event, different recipes were prepared using traditional products and utensils, at times with the added touch of current innovative techniques.
